1. When is the festival?
Saturday, September 28, 2024 in Rolesville, NC
Free Admission: Vendors/Food Sales/Exhibits open at 1:00 pm
Festival begins at 1:00 pm
Festival closes at 6:00 pm

2. Where can I park?
Parking for the Festival is located at Sanford Creek Elementary School and along Granite Falls Blvd facing south back towards Rogers Road. There is no parking along the roadway facing north towards West Young Street. . Parking is free! Important! We urge you not to park in undesignated areas on streets or apartment complexes surrounding the festival. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed.

3. Do you offer handicap parking?
A parking lot reserved for vehicles with handicapped permits is located and will have signs designating appropriate parking.

4. What are the festival rules?
For the BBQ and Bands Festival to be safe and fun for everyone, please observe the following rules:

NO weapons, NO animals/pets, NO coolers, NO radios or amplification, NO distribution of literature or solicitation without approval, ALL bags and persons subject to search.

5. Where are the restrooms?
The portable restrooms will be located on the festival grounds.

6. Where are the Lost & Found and First-Aid areas?
First Aid Station and Lost and Found will be located at the Rolesville Chamber of Commerce welcome tent located near festival entrance.

7. Where are the ATM’s located?
There will be no ATM’s on the festival site.

8. Where can I get a wristband to sample the cook-off contestants bbq?
The People’s Choice tasting wristbands are $30 each for unlimited sampling while supplies last and are sold at the Chamber welcome tent at the festival entrance.

9. Do you offer a shuttle to the Festival?
There will be shuttle service provided.

11. What kind of entertainment/activities will be there?
The event features a bbq cook-off competition with wristbands available for purchase for unlimited sampling while supplies last, as well as an opportunity to participate in the voting for the People’s Choice Award. We will also have an Emcee that will keep everyone entertained in between the amazing bands that will play throughout the day. Kids can enjoy various activities designed for them throughout the day as well.

Be sure and bring your lawn chairs.
